Permanent Role, 8am-5pm, with a salary of £37,967k + van and fuel card

The Company:

Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment – from executive to operative level.

With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a maintenance and refurbishment contractor, who are looking for Supervisors to join them on a permanent basis in Cornwall.

Day to Day:

• Managing trades on site completing repairs and refurbishment projects
• Surveying properties and identifying works to be completed
• Updating excel spreadsheets, in house CRM and sending emails
• Tenant and end client updates
• H&S, Risk assessments
• Split of office based and site based work

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Expeirenced Supervisor in Construction or Refurb
• Trade background beneficial
• Experience of refurbishment projects essential
• Strong people management skills
• SMSTS or SSSTS would be beneficial
• Must be IT literate
