Build Recruitment have a permanent opportunity for a Repairs Manager to join a team in the Bristol area. Responsible for managing a reactive repairs and maintenance contract and their team within the Social Housing sector.
Applicants will need to have social housing experience, ideally managing the day to day coordinating and contract requirements. Ideally you will have managed a busy repairs maintenance contract in a previous role. You will need to have excellent customer service skills, as the point of contact between the end client and engineers out in the field. This role is responsible for the direct line management of 10 schedulers and an aftercare team of 8 along with around 50 engineers who are out on the field. Experience of review and improving contracts would be beneficial.
The ideal applicant will have lots of energy, who is keen to prgress their career - a quick to learner with excellent customer service experience.
This role will be mainly office based, although as restrictions are lifted you will have the opportunity to meet with clients, grow relationships and the business.
