We supply candidates from operative to executive level, and are currently working with a maintenance contractor within social housing, who are looking for a Repairs Manager based in Weston-Super-Mare.

Day to Day:

This role will involve managing direct operatives and sub-contractors, pre and post inspections, managing progress and overall responsibility of the operations for reactive repairs.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Management of multiple contracts across the Southwest providing repairs service
Working across housing association and MOD housing repairs and voids
Management of daily workload and prioritising repairs requests
The ability to work alone and deliver an entire repairs & voids service
Client liaison, management of contracts and adhering to SLAs
Previous experience in this role is essential
Trade background would be beneficial
