We supply candidates from operative to executive level, and are currently working with a maintenance contractor within social housing, who are looking for a Repairs Manager based in Weston-Super-Mare.

Day to Day:

This role will involve managing direct operatives and sub-contractors, pre and post inspections, managing progress and overall responsibility of the operations for reactive repairs.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  •      Management of multiple contracts across the Southwest providing repairs service
  •      Working across housing association and MOD housing repairs and voids
  •      Management of daily workload and prioritising repairs requests
  •      The ability to work alone and deliver an entire repairs & voids service
  •      Client liaison, management of contracts and adhering to SLAs
  •      Previous experience in this role is essential
  •      Trade background would be beneficial
