Contracts Manager / Repairs Manager

Hastings / Kent

£45k - 55k Per Year / Full-Time

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Contracts Manager based in Hastings

The successful candidate will deliver day-to-day repair services, and will be ensuring performance and budget targets are monitored and met using, an internal self-delivery team and external specialist contractors.This is a new role due to our client being awarded a 7-year contract! This is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed.

Day to Day:

This role reports to the Regonal Repars Manager
Repairs,
Maintenance
Void preparation
Substantial programme of projects to a housing stock.

Requirements:

Experience of managing a repairs and maintenance function in property maintenance contract is a must.
