We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing contractor, who are looking for a Repairs Manager based in Weston-Super-Mare.

Our client a renewable energy contractor, are looking for an experienced Repairs Manager to join their busy team in WSM.  The role is to manage the repairs and maintenance process with clients, managing a team.

Day to Day:

  •      Day to day management of repairs of renewable energy sources
  •      Scheduling in work
  •      Management of engineers out on site
  •      Management of the process of work, materials
  •      Dealing with customers and clients
  •      Raising invoices for costings on jobs
  •      People management of direct labour and subcontractors

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  •      Experience of managing low value repairs
  •      M&E Trade background or understanding around renewables
  •      Experience of job costing, allocating prices


  •      Full time permanent job
  •      Holiday and pension contribution
