We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Property Services Supervisor based in St Austell.

Our client a local housing association are introducing a new role to the team to oversee the process of getting their property stock more energy efficient. Working alongside an energy efficiency manager, this role is to supervise works being carried out across their stock.

Day to Day:

  •      Day to day management of repairs on domestic properties
  •      Scheduling in work
  •      Carrying out inspections before work is completed
  •      Management of the process of work, materials and signoffs
  •      Dealing with customer complaints
  •      People management of direct labour and subcontractors

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  •      Experience of supervisor repairs ideally in a social housing setting
  •      NVQ in trade relevant to building works
  •      Knowledge of CAR and CDM regulations
  •      Experience of job costing
  •      Working knowledge of H&S


  •      Full time permanent job
  •      Holiday and pension contribution
  •      Company van + fuel card
