We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a MOD contractor, who are looking for a Repairs Delivery Manager based in Somerset.

Our client an MOD contractor is looking for an experienced Repairs Delivery Manager who has strong people management skills to manage the repairs process.

Day to Day:

  •      Manage the day-to-day programme for voids and repairs
  •      Management of a team of trades working out on estates
  •      Work with the management team to report monthly numbers
  •      Liaising with sub-contractors

 

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  •      Previous experience of managing repairs in social housing or on domestic housing repair contracts
  •      IT literate ideally using Microsoft programmes
  •      Confident communicator/ people manager
  •      Good at troubleshooting
