Repairs Customer Service Advisor / Scheduler (Social Housing)
Location: Camberley 

Salary: £23-25K
Hours: 8:00am – 17:00pm (1 hour lunch)

I am currently looking for an experienced repairs customer service advisor / scheduler to work for a leading contractor based in Camberley. 

The following are some of the day to day duties you will complete:

  • Handling calls
  • Raising repairs
  • Chasing sub-contractors
  • Liaise with the internal department
  • Liaising with suppliers for prompt delivery of parts
  • Producing daily and weekly reports

Knowledge:

  • Previous experience of working as scheduler
  • Must have experience of working in social housing
  • Basic knowledge of maintaining records and databases
  • Good understanding of Excel spread sheets and ability to use them
  • Experience of using impact response would be a bonus but not essential
