Build Recruitment are currently working with a leading Housing Association in Slough to recruit for a Repairs Administrator.
- Providing administrative support to the repairs team
- Supporting the Repairs team to manage tenants repair jobs
- Liaising with tenants and contractors
- Duties will include faxing, email and post
- Must have working knowledge of SOR Codes
- Must have previous experience using Servitor
- Experienced in administration within Soical Housing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
