Build Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a well-known Building Services company for temp Receptionists based in Central London.

Duties include:

  • Meet and greet customer visitors as a first point of contact.
  • Supplying refreshments such as tea and coffee for meetings
  • Reporting facilities issues to the facilities helpdesk
  • Some general admin duties, such as binding when requested.
  • Making sure catering supplies are topped up such as coffee, tea, milk and water.
  • Mail both incoming and outgoing.
  • Meeting room bookings.

Person Specification/Requirements Aptitudes:

  • Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus.
  • Excellent verbal, and good basic standard of written, communication skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Results/ task orientated, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
  • Enthusiastic & dynamic
  • Deals with issues first time and when asked.

Paying between £11.50-£13.00ph depending on experience

Ongoing temp work (with potential to go perm for right person)

Must be available immediate

Central London and surrounding areas.
