Our client is working alongside a well established, market leading technology company and are currently on the look out for an experienced receptionist to join the team for an ongoing contract assignment.
The duties will include;
- Answering in-bound calls and redirecting to the relevant departments
- logging calls/appointments
- Data Entry
- Providing an excellent level of customer service
- Ensuring the reception area is tended too and presentable
The successful candidate will have previous experience in reception/front of house work and/or a strong Administration and customer service background.
It will also be required that the candidate has excellent IT skills and able to confidently use Microsoft Office software.
This role will be 20 hours per week, 10am-2pm (Monday to Friday).
