Location: Edmonton

Hours: 8:00am – 17:00pm (1 hour lunch)

Salary: £22K-£25K


My client is looking for an experienced, bubbly, friendly receptionist to join their team based in Edmonton. You will attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.

Purpose of the Role/Role Overview:
To support Head Office staff and to present a professional image to visitors.

General Duties/Key Responsibilities:

• To meet and greet all visitors to the Head Office

• To answer all phone calls politely and re-direct to relevant members of staff

• Taking messages when necessary and emailing relevant member of staff with details

• Scheduling appointments

• Manage all correspondence into the Head Office (email, letters, packages etc)

• Controlling the front entrance with visitors and people entering the building

• Answering general emails and postal correspondence with customers and suppliers

• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and meeting rooms

• Providing administrative support

• Taking minutes of meetings

• Updating and managing Sales Achiever Database

• Sending out enquiries for estimators

• To make refreshments for visitors and meetings

• Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements of Candidate:

• Requires strong organisational, administrative and general reception skills

• Good workload and time management

• Excellent telephone manner

• Dedicated, driven and proactive

• Confident in communicating

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Familiarity with office procedures

• Ability to multitask

• Working well within a team environment

• Engaging with visitors/staff/operatives and store manager

• Coordination skills of office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

• Reliability essential as front office member of staff
