Quantity Surveyor – Cardiff

Permanent role – maintenance and retrofit

Day to day:

• Provide estimates/costs to client where necessary
• Send all orders to subcontractors
• Request quotations from subcontractors
• Agree subcontractors variations
• Sign off subcontractors variations and orders
• Order materials for Operatives and Supervisors
• Apply valuations and invoices to client as agreed dates
• Raise client invoices
• Weekly internal contract meeting
• Measure bigger jobs to capture all elements of works
• Commercially code
• Inform client of variation required (Subcontractor identified variation)
• Record pre-order number on service connect
• Record details of subcontractor variation on service connect

Requirements:

• Good Quantity Surveying Experience
• Relevant Surveying Degree
• Working days are Monday to Friday
• Coding experience is a must in this role
