Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate)
Immediate start – 08.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday

With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a reputable Construction firm, who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor based in Truro, also with the opportunity to work remotely.
The company we are working is a market leader in their industry. Their office is in Truro. The company has a large amount of contracts within the commercial and construction sector in the Cornwall and Devon area. The company offers career progression as well a great working environment and training and are looking for a keen Intermiedate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.
Day to Day:
Day to day supervision of budget control on various sites from the Truro office or remotely from home
Client contact, site meetings reviewing costings across projects
Weekly and monthly reporting
Ensuring work is completed on time, within programme agreed
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
Suitably qualified QS with over 3 years experience
Construction and commmerical background
Understanding of running new build residential and commercial programmes and costings
Management of assistant surveyors would be preferred but not essential
Personable, a great team player and have great attention to detail
Parking on site
25 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays
