£53,000-£57,000 Per Year/ Permanent/ Full-Time

Home based with Flexible Working (across South East England)

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently  looking for a Quantity Surveyor based in South East England.

The Role:


With our diverse portfolio of projects, my client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a newly formed commercial team, working across planned and responsive maintenance within their Asset Management division.

Key Responsibilities:

To provide effective commercial and contract management arrangements, NEC and/or JCT, ensuring the commercial interests and contractual obligations of the organisation are protected.

To undertake audits of commercial and contract management arrangements with the delivery teams formed of project surveyors/repairs surveys/compliance leads who undertake project management of the works.


The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have strong experience with Housing Maintenance contracts relating to Decent Homes and Social Housing – M&E works exposure would be desirable; good demonstrable SOR knowledge; relevant academic qualifications & Chartered membership.
