Position :- Quantity Surveyor

Location :- Office based and site based – Merseyside

Salary :- £45,000 – £50,000 plus car allowance 

My client are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team based out of their Liverpool  office. The successful candidate will be degree qualified ,and have at least 4 years working for a civils contractor or  civils subcontractor and you are being brought in to run your own projects. 

This is a great opportunity for an Quantity Surveyor  to join Merseyside project  focused  team which includes 3 SQS, 1 QS and AQS/ TQS – 2 out of the 3 SQS joined the business as QS and have progressed their careers. Salary range starting from £45k -£50 basic Neg – (depending on experience) plus car allowance and other benefits I will discuss with you directly.

They have long term contracts and new relationships and act as both the PC and Sub contractor on site – the scope is civils engineering and groundworks for commercial  build contractors;  alongside public realm and public highways.
