Property Management Co-ordinator – Truro
Build recruitment are working in partnership with a National Property Management company with an office base in Truro. Our client requires a Property Management Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis and start ASAP.
An office based role for applicants with excellent customer service and communication skills. This role is the first point of contact to customers calling into the business. Taking down accurate information and passing onto the correct department.
This role is also responsible for monitoring compliance, chasing paperwork and recording the information onto the database. There to assist the property managers the coordinator will pick up various administrative tasks, so it is essential applicants are computer literate and have experience using Microsoft Office programmes.
The working hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm and covers property managed in Cornwall.
