The Company:

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Senior Maintenance Officer based in Cornwall.

Our client has a period where they require temporary cover within the organisation. This role is to lead a housing team, dealing with day-to-day repairs and maintenance and planned works.

Day to Day:

  •      Management of a Surveyor
  •      Planning and managing the progression of repairs and maintenance works in the social housing sector
  •      Working with the management team to plan in cyclical works
  •      Management of subcontractors

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  •      Experience of repairs and maintenance
  •      Experience of managing social housing repairs
  •      Surveying background would be beneficial

Benefits:
