Start ASAP – permanent contract possible Temp to Perm

The Company:

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Repairs Surveyor based in the Bristol area.

Our client a Regional Housing Association, are looking for a Repairs Surveyor to join a busy team in the Bristol area.  The role is to provide surveying to tenants in homes and communal areas.  

Day to Day:

  •      Travelling round property stock carrying out repair’s surveys
  •      Reporting repairs to the team, allocating works to trades
  •      Inspection of competed works
  •      Identifying damp, mould and asbestos
  •      Provide scoping of works and technical support
  •      Liaising with tenants living in homes

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  •      Social housing or formal qualification desirable
  •      Experience of working in a repair’s surveyor role essential
  •      Trade background would be beneficial
  •      Related asbestos training desirable
  •      Excellent communicator essential
  •      Driving licence essential


  •      Full time permanent role, working Monday to Friday
  •      33days annual leave including bank holidays
  •      Office based role with requirement to travel around properties
  •      Free tea and coffee, holiday allowances and minimum pension contributions are not benefits
