Our client, one of the leading housing maintenance contractors in the UK, are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join one of their leading framework contracts.
You will be responsible for managing a site team consisting of 3 site managers, 3 RLOs and an ASM however this could fluctuate depending on the amount of work coming through from the client. The works you will be responsible for delivering will be decent home schemes, including K&B replacements, eletrical re-wires, roofing & window renewal & cyclical works. All works are being carried out to high and low rise blocks and scattered street properties.
You will be responsible for the project planning and programming of the works, health and safety on site, ensuring KPI's and deadlines are met by your team and the overall delivery of the programme. This is a five year partnering contract.
Experience needed for this role includes;
- Minimum of 5 years project managerial experience on decent home schemes
- A proven track record of delivering large decent home schemes
- SMSTS,CSCS, First Aid qualifications
- An ability to programme work streams on your own accord
- A clean driving licence
