We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a large housing contractor to manage the delivery of a diverse planned maintenance and refurbishment programme.
The projects you will be expected to manage will consist mainly of works such as internal and external decent home schemes and major refurbishment projects to residential and public properties/buildings. This divers programme is valued at £10 million per annum.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of your site teams, which will consist of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and RLO's. You will also be responsible for health and safety on site, carrying out weekly progress meetings and reports and the overall delivery of your project and you will report directly in to the Operations Manager.
Candidates applying for these roles MUST have;
- First Aid
- Scaffold Inspection
- Minimum five years decent homes managerial experience
This is a fixed term contract where the successful candidate will be expected to start within a two week period. There will also be an opportunity to apply for a permanent role if you are able to deliver this programme successfully.
