Project Manager

£60,000- £75,000 per annum

Malden, Essex

Duties:

Liaising with the client and reporting progress
Leading a team
Meeting subcontractors and planning
Making sure the project is managed and to date
Monitor project progress
Set deadlines
Motivating the workforce throughout the project
Day to day problem solving
Using specialist construction management computer applications
Ensure compliance and Health and Safety Regulations are in place and met at all times

Qualifications and experience:

SMSTS
5 years project management experience
Commerical experience
First Aid at Work
CSCS Card
Good IT skills
Passionate about Health & Safety
Experience in a similar role is needed

Duration:

This role is on a freelance basis or on a contractual basis for 12 months
