Build Recruitment are working with a leading Education provider based in central London to source a Project Manager: £58k - £63k + excellent benefits.

Reporting to the Head of Head of Capital Projects, the Project Manager will be responsible for a number of large Capital Projects ranging in value from £2m up to £20m. The projects are made up of Demolition/New Build, Refurbishments and Alterations.

Working within a small but versatile and highly efficient team, the Project Manager will join during the "planning stage" of these projects and will be responsible for managing the lines of communication between the internal and external stakeholder groups.

Working across all RIBA stages using JCT D&B forms of contract, my client relies heavily on the "outsourced" model, so the Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the teams of Design, Architects, Building Services, Civil and Structural, and the Client's Consultants.

About you:

Experience of delivering inception to completion projects in a client-side role.
Ideally educated to Degree level in a Construction or Property related subject.
Experience of managing teams across a multi-site property portfolio.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
