Project Manager - Decent Home Projects - Excellent Permanent Opportunity
Our client, a national construction contractor, are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their planned maintenance division.
You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of planned maintenance works on a newly won framework contract. Works that are being delivered include internal and external planned maintenance works, sprinkler system install and communal heating programmes. These works will in be carried out to high rise tower blocks which are currently occupied.
You will be responsible for the project planning and programming of the works (when necessary), health and safety on site, client liaison, ensuring KPI's and deadlines are met by your team and the overall delivery of the programme. You will be a direct line manager to 4 site managers and rlos and report into a Contract Manager.
Experience needed for this role includes;
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience on decent home schemes
- Commercial knowledge & experience
- A proven track record of delivering planned maintenance projects
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid qualifications
- An ability to programme work streams on your own accord (MS Projects, ASTA Etc)
- A clean driving licence
