A Project Admin role based in Waterloo working within Facilities Management for the NHS Services. You will be based within the Project Team providing full admin support to the projects across the programme.
You will arrange meetings, booking rooms and off site venues as required and attend project and workstream meetings to record notes and actions. You will then follow up with the project team to ensure actions are completed in a timely manner. You will be responsible for maintaining the Project Log and producing progress reports in PowerPoint and issuing PO numbers for the Facilities Team.
You will need to be proactive, organised, diligent and able to communicate in a clear manner, with an eye for detail, experience in a similar role is preferred.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to further your administrative capabilities within a dynamic, ambitious and growing organisation. You will be an integral part of the Project, working to deliver admin support to multiple projects at the same time.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate a structured, organised approach to administration and have a positive and flexible attitude. It would be helpful if you had project support experience however this is desirable. You will have good knowledge of MS Office packages as well as strong communication skills with the ability to engage with different levels of stakeholders.
