Build recruitment is looking for a temporary plumber multi trader operative for a massive social housing company, this role could potentially lead to a temporary to permanent role for the company.

Job title: Plumber Multi Trade Operative

Location: West London

Hourly Rate: £20 - CIS or Umbrella

Day to Day:

Drain downs
Pipework
Internal and external blockages
Plumbing: Tap changes, and minor plumbing repairs, installing and repairing water systems.
Basic carpentry work
Painting and decorating
Tiling

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Experience in domestic/social housing properties
Good social skills
Good customer service
Unvented ticket is a bonus
Gas qualifications are a bonus
DRIVRING LICENSE REQUIRED
Multi trade experience is required

Benefits:

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience in social housing, housing associations or domestic properties and have plumbing and multi trader skills.
