Job Title: Multi Trade Operative- Plumber

Location: Yeovil and surrounding areas

From £15.50 up to £20 per hour

The Company:

Build Recruitment are currently working with a Property Maintenance contractor, who are looking for a Plumber Multi Trade in Yeovil or the surrounding area.

This role is offered on a 3 month temp to perm arrangement (a 3 month temporary contract before moving to a permanent role). Up to £20 per hour for the right candidate.

Once the 3 month temporary contract has finished a permanent role is then offered at around £15.50 per hour and a company van and fuel card are provided.

Ideal candidate will have their own vehicle and tools, and a company van and fuel card can be provided once the permanent role starts.

The job involves providing a general plumbing responsive repairs service across a range of social housing properties within Yeovil and the surrounding area.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Own vehicle and tools
Previous experience in a similar role. Excellent plumbing skills, plus able to provide basic carpentry, painting, decorating etc.
All offers subject to a clear DBS check
