Job Title: Plumber Multi Trade Operative

Responsive & Repairs

Location: Bristol, Bath and Bridgwater

Up to £30,000 per annum + van + fuel card + great benefits

The Company:

Build Recruitment are working exclusively with a repairs, maintenance and refurbishment contractor , who are looking for Plumber Multi Trade Operatives in Bristol, Bath and Bridgwater.

The role will be working within the response team providing a repairs and maintenance service across social housing within the Bristol and Bath area.

The client are looking to employ experienced trades local to the Bristol area.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

* Full driving licence

* Previous experience within the social housing sector preferred but not essential

* Previous plumber multi trade experience, able to complete all plumbing tasks plus associated carpentry jobs, such as replacing flooring, boxing in pipe work and replacing bath framework.
