Job Title: Plumber Multi Trader

Location: Bristol, Bath and Chippenham

Up to £31,000 per annum plus company vehicle + fuel card

The Company:

Build Recruitment are proud to be working with a Property Maintenance contractor , to recruit an experienced Plumber Multi Trade in the Bristol, Chippenham, Swindon area.

The contractor specializes in the social housing sector, providing a responsive repairs service, along with planned works such as kitchen and bathroom fitting on the one of the biggest social housing contracts in the UK.

The role is offered with a company vehicle and fuel card and is subject to a successful DBS check.

This role would suit a NVQ qualified plumber with skills in plumbing, carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, painting and decorating, kitchen fitting.

The role is offered on a 3 month temporary basis, with a permanent opportunity on offer at the end of the 3 months.

Day to Day:

Planned maintenance and plumbing in social housing properties throughout Bristol, Bath and Swindon and the surrounding area.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Full driving licence
NVQ2 qualified in plumbing
Previous experience in a similar role
Job offers will be subject to a successful DBS check
