Responsive & Repairs

Location: Bristol, Bath and Bridgwater areas

Up to £30,000 per annum + van + fuel card

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently re ruiting for Plumber multi trades in the Bristol, Bath and Bridgewater area.

We are pleased to be working exclusively with a repairs, maintenance and refurbishment contractor, who are looking for Plumber Multi Trade Operatives in Bristol, Bath and Bridgwater areas.

The role will be working within the response team providing a repairs and maintenance service across social housing within the Bristol Bridgewater and Bath area.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • Full driving licence
  • Previous experience within the social housing sector preferred but not essential
  • Previous  plumber multi trade experience, able to complete all plumbing tasks plus associated carpentry jobs, such as replacing flooring, boxing in pipe work and replacing bath framework.
  • Basic carpentry, painting and decorating, patch plastering etc would also be an advantge


  • Company van plus fuel card, mobile phone, uniform and PPE
  • Paid travel time (over 30 mins)
