The Company:

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a MOD Property Maintenance contract, who are looking for a Multi Trade Plumbers based in Plymouth.

Build Recruitment are delighted to partner with an MOD Defence contract to support the mobilization of their Defence Infrastructure Organisation RAMS (Accomodation) Contract.

Currently mobilizing the 7 year Repairs, Voids and Planned Works contract covering nearly 30,000 properties throughout the South East and South West of England, from Kent to Cornwall through London, the Home Counties High Wycombe, Salisbury, Plymouth, Bristol and many other areas.

Day to Day:

  • Planned maintenance of MOD properties throughout Devon.
  • Travelling across the South West carrying out repairs and maintenance
  • Carpentry, plumbing, electrical and plastering
  • Excellent customer service experience liaising with tenants

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • Time served, NVQ or equivalent trade qualification
  • Full driving licence
  • Job offers will be subject to MOD clearance
