Job Title: Plumber – Kitchens and Bathrooms

Location: Dorset

Salary: Up to £37K plus van and fuel card

Build Recruitment are working on an exciting recruitment campaign with a housing association to recruit a number of positions in the Dorset area.

We are looking for a talented plumber or plumber multi trade to join their planned works team to deliver both kitchen and bathroom upgrades and refits in domestic properties.

You will be NVQ qualified in plumbing or have demonstratable time served experience. We are looking for plumbers that can also turn their hand to other trades also, such as laying vinyl flooring, tiling and some basic carpentry.

You must have previous experience providing kitchen and bathroom refits.

You may be included in an out of hours rota to provide emergency cover on a rota basis.

Experience working across the social housing sector would be an advantage but is not essential.

You will be required to undertake a DBS check and must have a valid driving licence.

Day to Day:

• Providing planned kitchen and bathroom fits in Dorset.
• Plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Working in occupied and void properties.
• Working alone or as part of a small team
• Providing a friendly and professional service

Requirements:

• Full driving licence
• Level 2 NVQ or above in Plumbing
• Multi skilled experience
• Kitchen and bathroom fitting experience
• A DBS check will be required
