Build Recruitment are currently working with a leading Housing Association in Hertfordshire to recruit for a Repairs Administrator/ Planner.

Start date - ASAP 

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and allocating repair work orders arcoss a georaogical area 
  • Information gathering and progress updates 
  • First point of contact for tenants, trades person and contractors
  • Providing administrative support to the repairs team
  • Supporting the Repairs team to manage tenants repair jobs
  • Estate and Repair monitoring
  • Duties will include faxing, email and post

Essential experience

  • Effectively manage time in order to meet deadlines 
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experienced in administration within Social Housing
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
