Position: Planned Preventative Maintenance Manager 

Sector: Social Housing Refurbishment

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Company Car / Car Allowance  + Package

Location: Hampshire

My client, a leading Housing Maintenance and FM specialist that has been awarded a large contract to provide repairs, maintenance, and voids across the Southern part of the country are on the look for a Planned Preventative Maintenance Manager to help deliver the contract successfully.

Main Responsibilities:

 
  • Ensuring Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme across the Accommodation contract is managed efficiently to time and quality expectations.
  • Oversight and ownership of the contract's Asset and PPM database which is held within the CAFM system – Maximo
  • Ensure new assets are captured and entered onto the CAFM and SFG20 Task schedule assigned.
  • Support Head of compliance with managing changes to the database resulting from contractual, technical and legislative changes.
  • Demonstrate experience of managing a statutory and mandatory maintenance regime.
  • Manage a team of Specialist Subcontractor coordinators and an Asset Manager.  
  • Provide 52-week planners for different types of assets and end of month data for client reporting purposes.
  • Ensure that assets and PPM records are managed via an auditable change process
  • Attending client and internal meetings as necessary

Experience and skills 

  • A high level of attention to detail to ensure that the standardisation and integrity of the Asset and PPM database is maintained
  • Knowledge of asset management principles and maintenance requirements
  • Good working knowledge of CAFM systems, alongside excellent written communication skills.
  • Experience of managing subcontracted delivery
  • Be Dynamic with a can-do attitude
