Role: Personal Assistant
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
An exciting opportunity has become available to work within a dynamic and growing organisation based in Bracknell. My client are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant that is able to manage multiple diaries.
This role requires a highly proactive individual with a good sense of humour, who is able to hit the ground running and provide the full range of secretarial services including extensive diary and email management, travel bookings, reporting and exceptional organisation skills.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role and will possess the necessary skills and experience to provide and manage an effective support service by anticipating needs through lateral thinking and problem solving. The successful candidate must be confident in taking minutes, audio typing and being the main point for all three directors. Proficient word processing skills (with database experience), good typing and administration skills, the ability to multi-task are essential within this role.
