Payroll Administrator 

£23000- £27,500 per annum 



    • Carry out calculations of pay and deductions for both fortnightly and monthly staff
    • Help monitor WTD shift patterns
    • Ensure correct and accurate processing of payroll data
    • Process Pension Submissions
    • Assist in the process of holiday records
    • Record absences / process sick pay
    • Check and produce payslips, P45’s, P60’s and P11d’s
    • Payroll Year Procedure
    • Answer earnings enquiries
    • Deal with HMRC, PCC, CCC, CSA, DEA, and process deductions
    • Liaise with HR and Department Managers for Starters and Leavers
    • Assistance with the administration of the sickness, holiday, and absence procedure7
    • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a payroll focused role
    • The ability to multi-task and deliver to deadlines
    • Strong interpersonal skills – you need to engage with colleagues across the whole of the organisation
    • The ability to work under pressure


  • This role is a permanent role based in their Head Office in Ivybridge.
