Painter and Decorator

Our client is looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator who will be joining the voids team to work on a social housing contract coving the OX postcode.

Daily responsibilities of a Painter and Decorator are:

• Working in void properties carrying out internal and external repaints, gloss and emulsion work • Preparing and filling surfaces

• Wallpaper hanging

Requirements of a Painter and Decorator are:

• CSCS Labourers Card

• NVQ Level 3 in Painting

 • Asbestos Awareness

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Previous experience in a similar role within the social housing sector
