Administrator – Lynmouth based – permanent opportunity
Build recruitment are working in partnership with a Marine Contractor based in Devon. Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to work alongside the company Director and team. With a view to gaining experience and working towards a PA role. Applicants applying for the role must be able to demonstrate previous experience as n Adminsitrator and be computer literate, using Microsoft Office.
The role – to organise and prioritise tasks, answering emails, calls and making travel arrangements. Typing letters, composing emails and liaising with clients on a regular basis.
We are seeking a candidate with a confident personality with exceptional organisational skills, professional manner and with the ability to juggle various tasks at one time.
Training will be provided.
This contract is offering full time hours, Monday – Friday based in Devon.
