We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead a regional refurbishment division for a highly regarded construction firm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for over £25m of works a year to hight and low rise blocks, estates and scattered properties across a number of clients throughout the southeast. The workstreams are varied covering, internal and external refurbishments, FRA programmes, estate regenertaion and major projects.
The Operations Manager will be the strategic lead for the divsion and be responsible for a large team of site, project & contract managers, supervisors and RLO's, reporting to the Regional Director. The sucessful candidate will be ultimatley responsible for creating and delivering the construction programmes through the mannagement of an internal team and subcontractors with ultimate responsibility for H&S, quality and client team liaison.
The succesful candidate will be a proven senior leader who can mentor and develop a management tier and develop positive existing client relationships. To be considered you must have extensive successful experience with a housing contractor as a Senior Contracts or Operations manager delivering large scale housing refurbishment contracts.
