I am seeking a maintenance Operations Manager to join an in-house facilities team in West London, delivering reactive maintenance to over 70 sites. You will lead a team of mechanical and electrical engineers and fabric technicians, as well as a help desk, providing guidance with regards to health and safety, technical issues and budget management. This is a client-direct role in West London and an excellent opportunity for someone with experience at this level.
You will be working client-direct in the public sector, within an established team that aims to provide a first-class service to ensure the smooth running of all sites. They provide training and opportunities for career development, including paths to progression.
- Relevant health & safety qualification (NEBOSH, IOSH, asbestos, legionella management).
- Experience managing a helpdesk and maintenance team.
- Preferably a technical qualification (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders, building managers and staff.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an in-house maintenance team with great training opportunities.
It comes with a salary of £50,000 and a very competitive package.
