We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for an Repairs Manager to join a leading Housing Association in Merseyside.

 

The Role

This post is an essential role within the Asset Management team, ensuring all contracts (repairs, voids, disrepair, adaptations and planned maintenance) are managed effectively and delivered on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will be responsible for mobilising the Associations new Repairs & Maintenance contracts in the Merseyside area. You'll also be delivering their five-year capital investment programme with a budget of £3m and working closely with our Neighborhood Managers to reduce turnaround times of empty homes.

Leading a team of qualified technical specialists, supervisors, office-based staff and managing external repairs contractors, the individual will have a strong commercial drive with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
