We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Social housing maintenance contractor, who are looking for a Operations Manager based in Bristol.
Our client who is managing the day to day programme of a repairs and maintenance contract, is seeking an Operations Manager to cover the South West. Based in Bristol, this role offers a very competitive package with excellent benefits. A permanent contract, to join a friendly team, who are motivated and keen to provide a career pathway for people joining the business.
Day to Day:
- Management of a repairs and maintenance team in the South West
- People management
- Experience of budgets,
- Working knowledge of CDM and Building regulations
- Sound working knowledge of H&S
- Experience of P&L
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
- Professional qualifications related to construction, management or maintenance
- Experience of managing social housing contracts, specifically within repairs and maintenance
- Flexible working covering the Southwest
- Monday – Friday working week
- Car or car allowance provided
- Private medical cover
- 25days + bank holidays + Birthday leave
