£65,000 - 70,000 per annum + car and package

We are looking for an Operations Manager to look after a number of long term housing refurbishment frameworks in the North East region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for over £25m of works a year with key HA and LA client in and around Newcastle. Works are varied across internal and external planned maintenance and EWI programmes, major regeneration and D&B works to high and low rise blocks, estates and scattered properties

The Operations Manager will be the strategic lead for the division and be responsible for a large team of Contract and Site Managers, RLO's and subcontractors, reporting to the Regional Director. The successful candidate will be ultimately responsible for creating and delivering the construction programmes through the management of an internal team and contractors with ultimate responsibility for H&S, quality and client team liaison.

The successful candidate will be a proven senior leader who can mentor and develop a management tier and develop positive existing client relationships. To be considered you must have extensive successful experience with a housing contractor as a Senior Contract or Operations manager delivering large scale housing refurbishment contracts.
