This new and exciting Onboarding & Retention Manager for a a unique Managed Service Account.

The role is based out of our client's North West London office and will suit an individual with experience of onboarding or customer experience, ideally within a property services setting.

Our client utilises a large temporary workforce to help achieve its delivery and service commitments and ensuring a positive candidate journey is key to its ongoing success.

As an Onboarding & Retention Manager, you will take the lead on coordinating and delivering a consistently excellent onboarding journey for all new starters - with a focus on operatives. Offering pastoral care throughout and providing regular feedback internally, we believe this role will deliver significant improvements across temporary worker retention.


Responsibilities and duties: -

Liaise with a wide range of internal departments to coordinate and deliver a consistently excellent onboarding journey for all new starters - with a focus on operatives. 

Offering pastoral care to new starters and re-direct queries as necessary.

Pro-actively offer internal feedback and offer solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Motivate new temporary workers to provide exceptionally high levels of service.

Develop and motivate new workers by holding effective 1:1s and coaching sessions.

Act as a point of contact and mentor for new starters.

Work closely with HR and commercial teams to promote the transfer of temporary workers to permanent employment.


Skills and experience: 

Experience of working directly with various stakeholders to improve customer experience, ideally within an onboarding environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a highly approachable, client-facing attitude.

Ability to foster excellent working relationships with all client stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with temporary workers, colleagues, supply chain partners.

Previous experience maintaining application tracking systems and working with MS office packages.
