Office Manager / Admin Manager – Social Housing 

Salary: £30K - £35K

Hours: 8:00am – 17:00pm

One of our social housing clients are looking to hire an Office Team Leader/Admin Supervisor for a role in Stratford on a permanent basis.

This role is working within a thriving office for one of our largest Social Housing clients. You will be responsible for carrying out the following duties:

Managing a team of 8-9 office staff- administrators and call handlers. The team will be Call handling- speaking with 3rd parties, contractors and operatives and ensuring their calls are passed on to relevant persons. - You will assist the team with Emailing- tenants, contractors and line managers in regards to queries and gas meter installation and breakdown and repair requests. - Ensuring Diary Management is carried out correctly across the team and ensuring that work is completed to set deadlines and meetings are diarised through Microsoft Outlook. - Ensure the smooth running of all Administration- emailing clients/3rd parties data logging, dealing with requests on email and by post, updating information on internal databases , filing, scanning and sending letters. -

As this is a management role- you will ideally have managed a team previously in a similar capacity. You will be confident in running staff appraisals, training individuals regularly and KPI management with your team against agreed Service Level Agreements. The role will also require you to deal with customer complaints that have been escalated and speaking with residents/sub-contractors and clients as required.

Please note that this role is within the Social Housing Sector and ideally you will have worked within a similar environment. Please note that due to this being a fast paced role, this will ideally suit someone who is able to work to set deadlines and KPIs and support the admin/office team in doing the same.
