Neighbourhood Officer

Do you have a can do attitude and good attention to detail? Then we would like to hear from you. We are looking for an energetic individual that can join our team as a Neighbourhood Officer to carry out tenancy management on our estates, regular estate inspections, tenancy audits and ensure that accurate records are maintained and actions are taken to deal with issues. You don't need previous experience but we are looking for an individual that is highly organised and has high attention to detail to carry out your day to day duties.

Will parking be available - yes

Locations to cover - Staines- upon-Thames and up to West Sussex

Is driving licence required? - yes, and access to own car for work purpose

Contract type: maternity cover, 4-5 months, could be extended

Weekly hours: 35

Working hours and breaks: start time between 8:30 and 10am, finish time by 17:30

Pay rate per hour - PAYE - £16.42

Will expenses be covered? - yes, mileage (42 pence per mile)

Start date: as soon as possible

DBS required? yes, standard certificate; candidate must have standard or enhanced DBS in place at the point of applying for this role.

Main purpose of the role is dealing with queries, antisocial behaviour, and estate inspections. We are looking someone with who has experience in a similar role before. Neighbourhood Officer will be driving across locations within working hours and mileage will be covered.

They will be required to work from the office in Staines one day a week, travel for 2-3 days, and working from home the remaining time.
