Multi Trader/ Plumber 

West London 
Temp to Perm - 3 months / 7 year contract

We are currently working with a large, well established maintenance contractor who require a Plumber/Multi trader to carry out repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties throughout the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. 

I am looking for someone with a plumbing qualification or as a time served plumber and as well as plumbing can carry out two of the below trades to an average standard.  

• Carpentry - skirting/architraves/stud work 
• Plastering - patch work up to 1 square meter 
• Tiling - Splash backs 
• UPVC - lock repairs to doors and windows
• Painting 

This is a temporary position with an option to go permanent you will receive a company van, fuel card, options for overtime and call out.
