Temp to perm position. Up to £15 per hour

The Company:

Build Recruitment are currently working with a Property Maintenance contractor, who are looking for 2 Multi Trade Operatives based near Weston-Super-Mare to work on a variety of housing association and domestic properties.

The role is offered on a 12 week temp to perm basis and you will be provided with a van and fuel card.

This position would suit an experienced carpenter or plumber multi trade, with experience of working within the housing association sector.

Day to Day:

Multi trade repairs and maintenance service across domestic properties.
Carpentry, plumbing, decorating, tiling, general maintenance.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Full driving license.
Experience in a similar role.
Job offers will be subject to a successful DBS check
