Multi Trade Operative

The Company:

Build Recruitment are working on behalf of a contractor to recruit an experienced Multi Trade Operatives (Carpenter and Plumbers) to cover Mid Cornwall down to Penzance.

You will ideally hold an NVQ level 2 in carpentry or plumbing or be suitably time served and be skilled in other trades also such as tiling, plastering, building repairs, window and door repairs. This is a permanent position working across local authority and housing association properties providing a repairs, maintenance and refurbishment service.

Experience working across the social housing sector, insurance sector would be an advantage but is not essential.

You will be required to undertake a DBS check and must have a valid driving licence.

Requirements:

• Full driving licence
• Own tools
• NVQ level 2 in Carpentry or Plumbing or time served experience
• A DBS check will be required
