Multi Trade Operative

£32K per annum plus van and fuel card

The Company:

Build recruitment are working on behalf of a MOD contractor to recruit an experienced Multi Trade Plumber or Carpenter to cover the Southampton to Portsmouth area.

We are looking for a plumber or carpenter multi trade, or a general multi trade with strong plumbing and carpentry skills to work across a voids contract on behalf of a MOD contractor. All properties are domestic.

Over time and on call payments are available for covering the out of hours rota.

This role is offered on a 12 week temporary basis to start before moving to a permanent position.

You will be required to undertake a DBS check plus MOD vetting and must have a valid driving licence.

Requirements:

• Full driving licence
• NVQ level 2 in plumbing or carpentry or time served experience
• Multi Skilled
• Able to pass MOD security clearance
